Cargo
Ensure items are of general cargo. No perishable items, live animals, dangerous goods, goods with batteries or goods other than general cargo.
Package your items properly by following these tips and guideline:

Prepare all required documents.
  • Packing List (type of commodity and quantity) – for custom purposes. Template will be made available after booking.
  • Invoice (required for commercial items to sell or re-sell, not required for personal effect) – for custom purposes

Delivery is only for airport-to-airport. Submit your items at respective airports 48hrs to 24hrs before departure time.
  • For submission from Kuala Lumpur, guide to enter KLIA cargo area can be found here .
  • As for other airports, the entrance shall be easier.

Sender to do custom declaration by own self in the airport area. Alternatively, may also liaise with our agent to do this on behalf. Our agent contact will be provided in the receipt, once booking is made. Addtional charge by Custom may apply, for selected destinations.
